COVID-19 Update: 7/10/20

With businesses reopening around the country, we want to use this time to notify you of recent updates to our COVID-19 policies. Although we have adjusted certain aspects of our operation, this remains a fluid situation. We will continue to monitor the developments of this pandemic and heed the recommendations set forth by state and local governments, as well as the CDC and WHO, to ensure the safety of our communities. Our Showroom Is Open By Appointment Only

For your safety, we will continue to offer in-office visits by appointment only for all customers. Additionally, our team will be conducting regular deep cleanings of all Window World products on display and other high-traffic areas and surfaces.

Free In-Home Estimates Are Available

We continue to offer free in-home estimates as an option for homeowners. The same social distancing and sanitation measures we implemented months ago remain intact. You can learn more about the safety precautions we’re taking inside the home via our initial update at the bottom of this page.

Installation Projects Continue

While the majority of our installation services occur on the exterior of the home, we have implemented numerous sanitation and social-distancing measures to ensure the safety of you and your family. Scroll down to our initial update below to learn more about our updated installation process.

Special COVID-19 Announcement From Window World

We are here for you.

As we are learning more about the COVID-19 virus and its impact on our community, families and work environment, Window World is responding by taking precautionary measures to decrease the risk to ourselves and our customers, while continuing to operate as normally as possible.  Like you, we have watched the Coronavirus crisis carefully.  In keeping with our pledge to provide our customers with the highest level of service, we’d like to tell you what we’re doing to serve you and do our part to keep you safe during this time of uncertainty. Rest assured, our community’s safety is our top priority.  Here are the steps we are taking: 

  • We are reforming the way our offices operate by practicing social distancing in all our facilities.
    • We are implementing new internal procedures to ensure the appropriate distance between employees, we are closing our public showrooms and are mandating deep cleaning of our common areas. 
    • We have disinfectant available in our facilities and have added outdoor handwashing stations. 
    • We are further reducing the interaction between our employees by limiting visits to our facilities by Window World field representatives and installer teams. 
    • We are changing the way our sales team operates. We have new procedures to promote safe ways for us to serve you, our customers. Our sales staff are happy to present product options over the phone, or if in person, in your front yard or another open-air location. 

How Our In-Home Estimate Process Has Changed

  • Our demonstration materials are cleaned and disinfected after each use.
  • Our design consultants won’t shake your hand, and will keep a healthy distance as we go through our inspection of your needs.
  • If you are not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment.  We will do the same.

How We’ve Adapted Our Installation Process

  • Our installers wear booties and gloves for your protection.
  • The majority of our installation process takes place on the exterior of your home. If one of our installers needs to enter your home for any reason, you will be notified beforehand.
  • If you are not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment.  We will do the same.

We will continue monitoring this situation closely.  If you wish to delay a project, please let us know.  There may be operational restrictions imposed on us by local or national authorities, which we will follow.  However, you may be sure that when this crisis passes, Window World will be there to provide and service your exterior remodeling needs.
